  1. I've been keeping an eye on some of the players who send InitialHandlers to my server. I noticed one of them sends a packet, and the console gives me a warning of bad packet.
    Code (Text):
20:13:19 [INFO] [/-IP ADDRESS-] <-> InitialHandler has connected
20:13:19 [WARNING] [/-IP ADDRESS-] <-> InitialHandler - bad packet ID, are mods in use!? Unsupported protocol
I tried googling this and got no results except for players getting kicked with this reason.
Does this mean they are using a hacked client? Modded client? I'd like some more info on this. Thanks.
  2. Unsupported protocol, means that they are using an other version than the server version. Maybe mods are causing this, but I can't verify this

    In other words:
Use this research to the server version of the other version , I mean, if they do not support . This can lead to MODS , but I can not confirm . (Google translate)
  3. Thank you for the explanation. It's what I assumed but wanted to verify.
