Can you make it so it does the messages randomly, and it won't do the same ones until it finished going though all of the list?

Oh and can you please add it so we can make hover messages?

Can you make it replace /broadcast?

 

Whenever I try using the /ba command nothing happens. Also, none of the broadcasts ever show up. I've checked the console for errors and there are none.
