Basic - Basic commands shorted down

Basic is a small plugin that dose all the basic commands but shorted down to make it easier and faster to run the command.

I am going to be adding new fetchers the this very soon so stay tuned.

Here is a list of all the commands:

- /basic help
- /basic
- /d - sets the time to day
- /n - sets the time to night
- /c - make the weather clear

Thing that will be getting added in Version 1.2

- GUI time changer
- GUI weather changer
- Permissions added to all the commands
- De bugging the old...

yes I will be adding alot new commands and stuff look at what I will be adding in v 1.2
