It can be on any minecraft version. SkyWarsReloaded doesn't display any of the things in the inventories, so that doesn't work. Any other really good ones?
I actually recommend that you use SkyWarsReloaded, even though its pretty buggy. If you have a clean install of it. Nothing should go wrong, its open-source and easy to modify. BiteSkyWars is also an option but i think it is a premium resource.
