    So I downloaded it.. the plugin loads fine but no config files show and there is no hologram there.

    This is only an extension for PlaceHoldersAP, and let you use some placeholders in the other plugins...
    For that hologram you should look into Wonderful HUD
    Next time try to read the description :)
