  2. You should report the bug to the author of the plugin.
     
  3. Don't you edit the message file or some config? Maybe you write a line wrong
     
  4. From the error log you posted, It seems more like a plugin error.

    Does the plugin support 1.9? If It does then run on a blank 1.9 server just to check If It's functioning, If it does then Its a problem of the config or your other plugins, If It doesn't then Its the problem of the plugin for which you should report it to the author
