    For all those people that are running Bootstrap..

    Bootstrap 3 has been released. http://getbootstrap.com/

    I was mucking around on the Bootstrap website, then BAM it changed. It looks a lot different, a very flat feel to the design of it. A lot like Windows 8.

    If you are looking for the old docs for Bootstrap 2, they are here: http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/

  2. I prefer Bootstrap 2, I'm really starting to dislike the plain theme everyones going for. Its clean and minimalistic yeah, but its just not my type.

    Yea, i'm sticking with 2. When its done correctly, the flat, clean and minimalist design can look quite good.

    Looked through their docs... rather disappointed. I too will be sticking with Bootstrap 2 for awhile. Just not that appealing to me.

  5. Doesn't matter still bootstrap.

    Waiting until it's RTM before touching it properly.

  7. I love bootstrap, made my server a KitPVP webpage to go along with the plugin that I made, http://maxisociety.com/kitpvp/ . Surprised me how easy it was to make it look good with Bootstrap.

  8. Reminds me of a lot of other mc sites.

  9. How did you do it so that in Bootstrap it says if the server is online, Because on joshwenke 's website he made it so that it says the server is online or not in bootstrap, How did he do that?

    The link for his website is http://cobalt-mc.com/ I looked at it's source but did not see what plugin he is using... But someone will!

    He is using a script written in PHP that will query the server. If you need an example of this script I can provide it.

  11. Can I have an example of the script?
    Also can you tell my how to use scripts because I never used scripts with bootstrap

    This is an example of a PHP script that can ping an IP address or hostname and check if it is online.

    PHP:
    <?php
    if (!$socket = @fsockopen("YOUR.IP.HERE", 25565, $errno, $errstr, 30))
    {
      echo "Offline";
    }
    else
    {
      echo "Online!";

      fclose($socket);
    }
    ?>
    If you are new to PHP, I suggest you read this: http://devzone.zend.com/4/php-101-part-1-down-the-rabbit-hole/

    Note: Bootstrap is a website FRAMEWORK. It is designed merely for the front end of a website. To do fancy stuff like joshwenke is doing here, you will have to use PHP, which that link shall tell you about.

  13. Mine does not work, It always says offline
    PS: I am putting a CNAME address and it is a BungeeCord server

    Unless you have it setup to ping the minecraft's enable.query function, you'll only get results for your 25565 Bungee port, nothing else like I have.

    To do fancy stuff with the online and offline, try something like this:
    PHP:
    <?php
    if (!$socket = @fsockopen("YOUR.IP.HERE", 25565, $errno, $errstr, 30))
    {
    ?>
    Insert HTML here to show if the server is online
    <?php
    }
    else
    {
    ?>
    Insert HTML here to show if the server is offline
    <?php

      fclose($socket);
    }
    ?>
    Of course, you can't see the PHP of a site when you view its source, it will only show the offline or online HTML snippet you defined earlier. That's why you can't see our PHP query script.

    If you need the script we use, I'm able to sell it.

    I did not know what is PHP I thought it was html but a bit different and I did not know that you can't see the php code when view source :p
    And how much do you sell it for?

    Well, before you buy it from me you might want to look into something free:
    https://github.com/xPaw/PHP-Minecraft-Query

    Ours is custom, and should really only be used by people who need to push server status to a SQL database and an iOS app.

    I know that but I don't think BungeeCord supports Query right?
    I only want a script to display online of offline in an PHP script thing, Can I only use it for that?
    Or something that can ping a server and see if it is online or not, Is that possible with PHP?

    A standard port query-er should work just fine for Bungee. You just can't ping your individual servers without getting a little more in-depth.

    Please just re-say what I just said. mbcx2 I too have a script that can display if the server is online/offline, display the players and max players, display the server type and will work with any type of server, BungeeCord or not. I will even install it on your web page for you.

    Wow... I'm sorry. Only trying to be helpful. He said he didn't know PHP so I wanted to show him how to put HTML in the script. I'll just leave.
