Bungee isn't working

Hi, I have a home hosted Minecraft server and BungeeCord isn't working. The server is running 1.9.2 and has Essentials, Pex and Ultimate Hub.

My name is replace with "Da*******"

 

It worked before, I went to start the server today and it stopped working.
