Changed my name - no perms

Hey guys,

I changed my IGN today, and now have no perms for plugins installed on my Bungee server.

My new IGN is AUS_Craft and I have changed the Bungee config file to reflect my new username.

For example, I have a staffchat, and also an advanced ban plugin installed on my BungeeCord server.
Now I cannot access these.

I have my username set in groups as admin, but for some reason, cannot seem to figure out why it won't work.
