CHAT PREFIX PLEASE HELP!

    Okay, so I am having this problem with my Minecraft spigot server.
    I want to remove these "<" from my name in chat, as seen here

    I want the chat to look something more like this:

    Go into your essentials configuration and find the "essentials chat" part and remove the <>
