"Having problems with spammers? Stress no more as your chat utils plugin is here!"

With this plugin, you can mute the chat so only people with certain permissions can speak. You can also entirely clear the chat.

Permissions:
chatutils.lockchat - Ability to lock/unlock the chat.
chatutils.clearchat - Ability to clear the chat.
chatutils.lockbypass - Ability to bypass chat restrictions.

Commands:
/cc (Alias: /clearchat) - Clears the chat.
