NEW: Added Speed (H) for more Bhop detection

EDIT: Recoded Speed (E)

EDIT: Reimplemented KillAura (H) to work for 1.8 servers

NEW: Added KillAura (M) to detect more AimBots

NEW: Added KillAura (Q) as a long-term heuristics check

EDIT: Fixed a a false positive in Jesus (A) whilst moving on the edge of Lilypads

EDIT: Disabled Freecam check by default

OLD: Removed Reach (B) because it's not good enough
