Couldn't load server icon: java.lang.NullPointerException

Welp, I just got a new 64x64 png server icon up on my personal raspberry pi mc server and when it loads up it gives me this:

and the icon doesn't show up in the server list. I don't know if it's a bug or something since I'm no expert with java. Everything else runs fine. System info:
OS: Raspbian 2017 February release
Plugins: ClearLag, WorldEdit, and WorldGuard
Server: Spigot 1.11.2
Hardware: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
