In your crates.yml, the "display" can't have apostrophes, so you have to change, for example, Voter's_Sword. (I replicated this error on my server by adding an apostrophe to the display). Cheers, Matt.

You need to find the Version that works with that way way outdated unsupported Minecraft Version. 1.7.4 and Paper? Geesh!
It isn’t 1.7.4... it’s 1.7.10 and 1.8. The author told me to use an earlier version of the plugin while he does something
