About this plugin:
Hello, this is my first plugin. With this plugin, you can modify block data (blockstates) by just clicking on block. This is recreated item from 1.13 version. It uses block data to change blockstates of block. Plugin supports from 1.8 to 1.12.2 versions. You can also change item itself, set custom command and edit messages.

Added WorldGuard and PlotSquared support, and more!

This update supposed to be released like a week ago, but I was a little busy.

Added WorldGuard support! Added "debugstick" flag and bypass permission.

Added PlotSquared support! Added permissions for modifying roads, owned plots, friend's (the plot where you are added as a member) plots, claimed and unclaimed plots.

Added update sub-command for checking for updates

Added ability to set debugstick item's lore.

Added "allowed-worlds" option to config. It also has reverse...
