  1. Hey guys, sorry for the odd title, I have a quick questions concerning scoreboards.

I was wondering how to have a scoreboard display different things for different players. If this makes no sense consider a scoreboard with a player label, displaying the player's IGN. The label would have to be different for every player. Would I go about making a new scoreboard for every player, if so is the most efficient way to store them in a map (k=uuid, v=scoreboard object) or is there some way to achieve different scoreboard labels for different players?

P.S. I am able to make regular scoreboards without a problem.

  2. Just send them a Different scoreboard and access it by using player#getScoreboard

Edit: You could also use packets to send the scoreboard

  3. Nice idea, I think that's what I'm gonna do in conjunction with a custom scoreboard builder or something so I could just do player.setScoreboard(scoreboardBuilder.setName(player.getName()).build())

    Thanks!
