1) What version of minecraft are you using on your server? 2) Obviusly they don't work together because they would override each other's textures
I don't think so because when a plugin like furniture sets automatically a resource pack it's like it's editing the server.properties putting the resource pack link into the server.properties and so you can't use it with FastFood... maybe I will code an update with FastFood Plugin support

Hi! I have placed down some of the chairs, but I can't break them. The server I'm playing on has McMMO, BlepFishing, DeathCounter, SilkSpawners, and Oh all the dungeons you'll go. Could it be interfering with one of these?
