DispenserFill - Fills dispensers with a single command, used on cannoning servers.

Well, I've had this plugin sitting around for quite awhile and I haven't seen many simple dispenser filling plugins, and I enjoy cannoning servers quite a bit, so I decided to release my own.

This plugin fills every slot in every dispenser within a configurable radius with 64 TNT. Simple enough, I know.

Commands:
/cf - Fills nearby dispensers using the radius specified in the config
/cf help - Shows a help menu
/cf reload - Reloads the config.
/cf view - Views the current variables stored...
