    Raid 1 Intel 120Gb
    32Gb ram.

    I currently see 19TPS with 20Gb allocated to the server and 150 players are online, how ever at 165 i see about 16 TPS is this a normal player count for what i have? or could you find any optimisation?

    Also is the E3-1270v2 worth the 20$/m it would cost me?

    The only thing I can think of is probably to reduce Dynmap rendering frequency so it doesn't take away too much resources from everything else. Of course, that then comes at the expense of having a more delayed map. You'll probably need to tweak around to find the right setting for your server; also, that should run on separate thread from your control thread anyways, so I don't know how much it will affect things.

    Aside from that, you'll probably want to use NoLagg Examine or /timings (linked to check permission nodes and command reference) to see what is slowing you down, and go from there.
