Drive blocks/acacia sappling plugin?

Hi, I have a resource pack that replaced a acacia sappling to a futurest car. so i was wondering if theres a plugin that could make the acacaia sappling(car) possible to ride and drive.. ty!

 

Ridemycraft is for 1.8 and im using 1.9 so if you were going to say that.. it doesnt work for me
