This plugin was successfully 100% tested and works completely fine and also there is commands to type in chat and there is no Folder for it so don't worry.

Hotbar items for moderator mode:

Compass - Launch compass
Inventory inspect - Right click to view player inventory.
Worldedit wand - The default worldedit wand.
Better looking - Hold this to not see your hand (Not working).
Mod GUI - Opens a GUI where you can mute chat , unmute chat and also clear the chat....
