  2. Could you add an option for like flesh wounds? Like if you break blocks with your fists?

    So we already use an open-source plugin, SurvivalPlus for "Thirst", "Energy", and "Nutrition". Those are concepts that seem like they might fit well in your plugin, something to think about there. Meanwhile, I appreciate the option to disable thirst.

    Also, is there a way to use placeholders or something to display your thirst, temperature, general wellness... on a featherboard or something?
     
  3. I think I just didn't add in cause by breaking blocks with your hands based solely on how much it annoyed me when I was playing with a different plugin one time. I could definitely add it though.

    My intention is to add in placeholderapi support which would be what you're looking for there I think.

  11. Addressed this in Discord, but for anyone else who is wondering.

    Yes - this already happens. To increase the chance of infection between players, infectious should be set to true, and the contagious_chance_boost should be set to a high number. Example is below.

    Code (YAML):
    # Flag to indicate if the ailment is infectious
    infectious
    : true

    # Chance of getting the ailment via infectious methods
    # Chance is out of 10000.  Each time Epidemic checks for
    # infection, it generates a random number between 1 and 10000
    # in the example below, if that number <= 100, then you would
    # get the ailment.  Infection checks happen once per minute
    # so a 100 chance would be a 1/100 chance every minute
    infectious_chance
    : 50

    # Chance of getting the ailment boost amount from other contagious players
    # Adds this amount to the infectious chance.  So if we had an infectious_chance
    # of 100, with a contagious player nearby with a boost of 1250, it would jump to
    # 1350 every minute. So a random number of 1-10000 would now be <= 1350 would
    # get you sick instead of the 100
