Essentials chat problem

Discussion in 'Spigot Plugin Help' started by AndreaGTV, Jun 9, 2018.

  1. Hi, I encountered a problem in essentials can be said that more than one problem is something that leads me to have problems when I go to customize texts such as alerts.
Practically when I put in the text "is" within the personalization of the files, on the server instead of "is" it appears "?".
I hope someone knows how to answer me thanks in advance

  2. Post config and version of essentials.

    # If you receive an error when Essentials loads, ensure that:
    # - No tabs are present: YAML only allows spaces
    # - Indents are correct: YAML hierarchy is based entirely on indentation
    # - You have "escaped" all apostrophes in your text: If you want to write "don't", for example, write "don''t" instead (note the doubled apostrophe)
    # - Text with symbols is enclosed in single or double quotation marks
