Every time my un-oped friend picks up a unsafe enchanted item enchants disappear. I have gven him a permission essentials.enchantments.allowunsafe but it still doesnt work. Also in the configs its enabled.. SOMEONE HELP PLS
According to what you've said, it should be working perfectly fine. It is possible a server restart might be needed if you havent already. Or as stated above, you have another plugin thats managing/changing enchants.
