Explosive Arrows - Adds fun customizable explosions to your arrows!

This is officially my first plugin! Don't expect too much, but here it is, explosive arrows!

All important information is recorded in the config.yml file, or can be viewed here:

GrimmChild updated Explosive Arrows with a new update entry:

Pleasant Additions!

Added some better pleasing-to-the-eye additions to the plugin. Explosions and Terrain Damage are now used as toggle commands, and all the commands will display what the new value is with a nice colorful display. Also rewrote the entire program for it to be better understood. Temporarily removed debugging from the config.yml until it is ready.

Typo Fixes

Fixed a few grammatical errors and typos found in some of the error messages that I previously missed. This version fixes those, however lacks any game-effecting changes.
