Featherboard not updating placeholders on startup

  1. I've had a strange problem with Featherboard not updating certain placeholders on a server restart. However, the second I issue /featherboard reload, everything seems to start working again. I've also tried turning off and on the antiflicker feature, which seems to do nothing. There are also no console errors.

    Placeholders that update fine are player count and balances. The ones that don't update are {ezrl2_rankup_cost_formatted} and {tokens}.

    I've tried disabling EzRanksLite, and the tokens plugin separately, but it still doesn't work with either plugin.

  2. Send a ticket to maxim with all the information he requires

  3. Maybe try a updated version of ezrankslite.

  4. Already sent one almost a week ago with no reply.

    Did you send your ticket here? https://mvdwsoftware.freshdesk.com/

    As for your issue, the values don't show up on server start but when you reload FeatherBoard the values which previously didn't show up start showing up?

  6. Yes, I did.

    I sent an email over a week ago, and a ticket almost a week ago.

    My issue is that values the rankup and tokens values do show up, but they will not update until I do /featherboard reload. The players online and money values work just fine and update.

    Tickets are currently delayed due to some users (EnumJava) finding it funny to spam it
    you have to use {ezrankslite2 not {ezrl2 for ezrankslite2

    As for the custom placeholder, make sure you add it after featherboard is loaded.

  8. I set it to register the placeholder after everything else, but it still refuses to update after a server restart.

  9. Did you even read what Maxim said? I can see in your log it says:
    Code (Text):
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_rank}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_rankup}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_rankup_cost}

    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_difference_formatted}

    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_progressexact}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_progressbar}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_balance}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_balance_formatted}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_rankprefix}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_rankupprefix}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_lastrank}
    [15:23:56 INFO]: [FeatherBoard] Registered custom placeholder: {ezrl2_lastrankprefix}
    And Maxim literally said in his post, change the {ezrl2_} placeholders to {ezrankslite2}

    If that doesn't help, open your featherboard config.yml in Notepad++, then hit ctrl+f.
    In the find section, put "ezrl2".
    In the replace section, put "ezrankslite2".
    (Don't put the quotes in)
    Then hit replace all.
    Restart and it should be fixed.
    If it's not, please post a new version of your server startup log and your /featherboard debug.
    Good luck.

    If it doesn't update it means it triggers an error when used , check the log.log for errors related to that placeholder

  11. I already did that. The huge log of featherboard registering those placeholders is EzRanksLite registering them with that name, not me using those in the config.

    There doesn't seem to be any errors apart from featherboard registering those placeholders:
