Spigot ForcedGrammar 3.0

I love FG but I'm going to have to remove it for now. I launch the server it stops and takes ~1 minute before resuming the launch because of this resource,

There is no error printing, it literally just get's stuck on enabling it and it slows down the entire launch trying to enable Forced Grammar, I don't know if reddchicken is down or something causing it to wait.

Hello, is it working on 1.16.4/1.16.5? and this plugin do, Big Letter on start of the text and at end it's ended with a dot?
