Then set one up on your computer? It's not hard... don't even really have to secure it like a live server.

I doubt many people are going to want to setup and compile your plugin for you just to do your testing for you. Good on them if they take their time to do it though.

 

So post the compiled version and you'll have people be much more willing to help.

 

I really don't see what the point in making it interact with bukkit is, it is much easier to just make a full bungeecord version. (Check my resources)
