Feature get/setDrops method in BlockBreakEvent

    Current workaround (which breaks fortune effects, requires reimplementation of a lot of stuff, and breaks logging plugins): https://github.com/vemacs/GhettoEnc...ts/enchants/pickaxe/AutosmeltEnchant.java#L25

    This should be implemented so drops can be easily swapped out without needing to reimplement vanilla behavior in our plugins and without breaking logging plugins.
