Yup! Still works.

Though it has an interesting conflict with Holographic Displays with "CreaturesWearPumpkins: true":

This is on 1.8 using HolographicDisplaysPatch, and is only seen on 1.8. For 1.7.2 it uses horses, and I'm pretty sure it shows armor stands for 1.8 clients. It could use a configurable list of creatures to spawn with pumpkins. That, along with a messages.yml or similar to edit more text than the "Happy Halloween" text!

Otherwise, great plugin
