Health Tracker - Action health remake in Skript

Health Tracker

This resource allows you to view the health of another player / living entity in your action bar as heart symbols, not just numbers, when you damage them. It also allows you to continue viewing their health a few seconds after you last hit them.
To reduce lag it limits the max displayed hearts to 30.
Has a rate limiter to reduce the while loops happening per player.
Everything is customizable including colours for hearts / half hearts /...

Jaeger_Danger updated Health Tracker with a new update entry:

Additions

- Added an option to use health in chat instead of action bar. This will be a lot more efficient if you are extremely concerned about performance. (Disabled by default)
- Added an option when using chat, to display critical hits over 10 final damage to all players (This is more for servers using both this and AncientEnchants) (Disabled by default)
- Probably some other minor changes
