I'm having since too much days performance issues on my server. I've tried everything, following guides, installing paperspigot, upgrading RAM, changing java launch arguments, now i'll try to ask to the spigot community. Are you getting any errors when booting up the server? Also, the main issues I could see were Massivecraft and loading chunks. Are you on a high performance machine and are you using factions? If so, try factionsUUID.
You're old-gen'ing like crazy, something is likely either dumping out a ton of memory or there is a memory leak, dropping G1MaxNewSizePercent to around 70 might help if you've got plugins storing a lot of stuff in the heap, your performance issues are going to need a deeper insight than what timings will provide, however
