- Added broadcast capability from in-game command line with simple structure for easy typing and display
- Adjusted the overall functionality of the plugin

Additions & Bug Fixes

- Adjusted random calls for Hollers to make it more time between seeing the same message.
- Added command to add new Hollers to the config and push them into rotation immediately from in-game
