How do i fix this:

  1. This only happens when I try to log onto a certain server.
Happens on no other server. It's 1.16.5 if that means anything.
If anyone has any ideas to how to fix I'm open to ideas.
  2. That would appear to be a plugin which is malfunctioning during the join event.
Remove any plugin which may intercept the join event.
And then add the plugin's back one at a time until you find the culprit.
  3. I don't think its a plugin tho as It only happens to me and no one else
  4. It's most likely a plugin issue. Don't assume it's a plugin issue just because it's happening to you.
  5. What if I don't have access to the server files?
  6. then contact the server owners about the issue............................................... ...
  7. Why can't you access server files? If you use Host, you need to inquire about it.
  8. Does it reproduce on the vanilla client too?
  9. yes
  10. If this is the case when using a local server (Vanilla). I would suggest uninstalling the Minecraft client from your computer.
Make sure that C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft has been removed.
And install a fresh Minecraft client.

** YourName = whatever your Windows account name is on that computer.
