1.13.2 How do you add custom structures to a custom world generator?

  1. I'm wondering how other people go about doing this, and I can't find any examples by simply google searching.
    I came up with my own method of generating trees, but it's severely limited as it can only spawn one tree per chunk and it's fairly predictable. If someone can show me how they have been generating structures without them overlapping and with more vanilla-like distribution that would be amazing.
     
  2. Here's an image of me trying to show what I mean, my implementation decides whether to spawn a tree there on a chunk-by-chunk basis, which has far more limitations than I would like as this was the easiest way I could come up with for preventing tree spawns from overlapping.
