How many people can my computer handle?

  1. I am a Co-Owner of the MoonFire Network and i have been reading about spigot and am interested to see about how many people i can host on my system

    cpu:amd fx4170

    Upload is fine, I started hosting with less. :p

    Still think its better you cough up $5 and get a host.

    Thats in AMD ghz though. It will be no where near 200.

  9. Ghz means nothing these days. My dual core 1.3ghz I7 in my macbook outperforms my 3.2ghz core2duo by miles.

    When were talking about a single minecraft server it means everything. Ghz still mean a lot in any modern day computer.

  14. Architecture is a HUGE thing with CPU's. A lower end Intel can out perform most high end AMD chips.
