How to implement the raytracing in 1.8.8?

  1. So I have tried to implement RayTracing in 1.8.8 because i need it.
    It didn't work since I do not know how to pass the values from rayTraceEntities to RayTraceResult or even do the math(if required).
    Code (Java):
    RayTraceResult rayTraceEntities(
    @NotNull Location paramLocation,
    @NotNull Vector paramVector,
    double paramDouble) {
            return new RayTraceResult(???);
        }
    I also cannot find where it is done in the bukkit.jar.

    If someone who knows more about this could please help me to implement it that would be nice!

  3. Exactly! I dont quite know how to implement the metheds/parse the inputs into RayTraceResult.
