Solved If you wish to use IP Forwarding, please enable it in your BungeeCord config as well.

    Hello guys I need your help to my BungeeCord Server, everytime I tried to join in Lobby Server it keeps saying IP Forwarding. I set the ip_forward: true already to BungeeCord Configuration, what should I do?

    set online mode to false in server.properties. set bungeecord to true in spigot.yml

    You're supposed to connect via bungeecord, not directly to server (which you should probably firewall off).
