Including Dependencies in download allowed?

Hi, I am going to soon be posting a premium resource on spigot. My resource will require a few dependencies and I was wondering if it within spigots rules that I am allowed to include the dependencies in the download of my resource. My purpose for doing this is so that the users will have the exact versions of the dependencies I used to test my resource as to avoid unnecessary errors.

Please let me know if this is allowed or not so I can setup my page accordingly.
