  1. Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Jar does not contain plugin.yml
sounds like its not being included. open the jar with an archiver (winrar for ex) and see if your plugin yml is there.
i dont typically use ide compiler stuff (i use maven) so i wouldnt know wher ethe correct place to put your plugin.yml would be, but its likely in the wrong spot

  2. no you dont lol

  3. I believe, with eclipse building, you have to put the plugin.yml at the root of your project (outside of the src) and then also include it in the export.

  4. I checked and it's not there

  5. Now I getting this error in console:
    https://pastebin.com/iGQbph7H

  6. Cannot find main class `me.MeskeDev.CustomRecipe.Main'
The main class was not found.

What is the name of your main class?

  7. Main.java

  8. insert: me.MeskeDev.CustomRecipe.Main.Main

To make it work, you must first insert the package in which the main class is placed, and then enter the name of the main class.

  10. Can you send your plugin.yml?

  11. main: me.MeskeDev.CustomRecipe.Main.Main
    name: CustomRecipes
    version: 1.0
    author: MeskeDev
    description: Test plugin

  12. Right click on your project, go to new file insert plugin.yml and then insert the various lines ...

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Jar does not contain plugin.yml

  13. your plugin.yml has to be in your src file not in a package

  14. Maybe he didn't understand my answer well ..

  15. Hey got a error on his description... not his main or anything else

    org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidDescriptionException: Invalid plugin.yml
    at org.bukkit.plugin.java.JavaPluginLoader.getPluginDescription(JavaPluginLoader.java:160) ~[spigot.jar:git-Spigot-9de398a-9c887d4]

  16. Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: Jar does not contain plugin.yml

  17. Nvm then haha, but his plugin.yml is if I am correct not in his src file but inside his package?

  18. In fact you were right, he inserted the plugin.yml in the package in which the main class is inserted. That's why I said that maybe he didn't understand my answer.

  19. His plugin yml is not correct atleast his main isn't he had Main.Main

    Code (YAML):
    main: me.MeskeDev.CustomRecipe.Main
    name
    : CustomRecipes
    version
    : 1.0
    author
    : MeskeDev
    description
    : Test plugin
    api-version
    : 1.14
api-verion is from 1.13+ that you have to insert it in your plugin yml
