Is there a discord rich presence for the SERVER ITSELF

    So far people have been asking if there is any plugin that would show rich presence to players who play on the server. I am wondering if there is any that would work on the server itself? Like if i run a server i can choose the things it would show such as server icon, server motd, uptime, players online, ip, tps, memory, and so on. I dont see any particular reason to do so but it would look really interesting if it exists or it is possible to make

    Hypixel has a way to do it using their API, @ConnorLinfoot developed it and is now an Admin over there. He can probably give some insights here and there.
