Is there a spam plugin like..?

    I want a simple spam plugin where, when if you dont have the certain perm it will let you type every 2 seconds, but if you have a permission it would let you bypass that but you cant spam the same message more then like 6 or 7 times?

    No I dont want Chat Control, I jsut want a simple plugin and which only does that

    Just disable the features you dont want in chatcontrol?
