Solved Lag mobspawners, help

  1. Have a repeating task to kill mobs every once in a while to clear lag but tps loss always happens when a bunch of enititys spawn
     
  2. Where, is giving lag in the spawn mobs
     
  3. It's hard to say what the cause is but if you think it's the mob spawner then kill them once in a while to free up more ram
     
  4. Is not there some way to fix it?

    Already tried to optimize spigot and bukkit
     
  5. It looks like there's a TON of items on ground and TONS of items in hoppers, have a clear lag plugin to clear it up

    your problem with mob spawners is the TintaStack plugin

    the problem is that it's taking 140% of a tick (meaning that it's taking over 50ms per tick). The fix is to speak to the author to improve the performance of the plugin, or to remove it.

    no idea, All I know is that based on timings it's taking up a lot of time on the CreatureSpawnEvent listener. They're probably looking for mobs in a radius based on the plugin name, which can get expensive fast when you're checking every entity in the server
