Lag when the player dies or join the server

  1. First I would like to inform you that I am Brazilian and I do not know much English so I'm using "google translater", and "google translaters" does not translate very well the Portuguese to English, so let the matter.
    I've got a problem on my servers whenever a player enters the server first, the server of a locked, or when he dies, I do not know what you're doing this happens, and I wonder if anyone ta with this problem too or if someone knows how to solve this problem.
    When I used the craftbukkit gave this error when someone died or joined the server "Can not keep up! Did the system change team, or the server is overloaded? Running 18542ms behind, skipping 370 tick (s)"
    Could anyone help me?
     
  2. Maybe the ram used for the server is too little and that causes those things to lag
