My dedi seems to lag alot when it reaches around 40 players. And it can barely handle it with more than 40. I have 109 plugins. Here are my specs. Processor E31220 @ 3.10GHz Ram 32 GiB Disk 240 GB Operating System Ubuntu 15.04 Bandwidth 1gbit: 20TB Traffic
Its likely to be some issue with a plugin.. Given there isn't much details you have given us, not much more I can say.
Half of these plugins you don't even need, contact me on skype if you need some support: live:studdedexpandable But back to your problem, AAC will lag your server out due to the mass outputting it does in the console. Multiverse may be a problem too. Can you share your timings please? EDIT: CoreProtect could be addng onto the lag too.
