The community, yeah, for the most part. The project, nope, but, it's in a state where it just receives version updates and the occasional feature (it also got a plugin API not too long ago) Unfortunately, this isn't the place to ask, since a majority of users here use BungeeCord/Waterfall. You'll have to fiddle around since documentation is scarce
