I want to add negative (or 0) generic.followRange attribute onto a piece of armor, so players are basically ignored by hostile mobs when they put on that armor. However I learned that that attribute can only affect entities. One person recommended "listen for the entitytargetevent with a plugin" but I'm not sure what that means. Is this possible? Or does a plugin like this exist? Any input helps, thank you.
Did I word something wrong? Yes I know that. I want players to wear armor, that will make mobs run away from the player. However, I can't attach followRange to the armor - I can only spawn in mobs with that attribute. So putting it on armor does nothing... Sorry if it doesn't make sense
ah I though the attributes can be wear on armors but affects only entities. my bad x) Anyways, I don't have any idea of how to do that. idk if it can help but I know that MysticalMobs can change mobs AI
