MCG BungeeFilter - Removes connect and disconnect spam but still allowing the rest!

Well you all know that sometimes it can be enormously anoying when you cannot read your bungeecord console due to a spam of messages saying an ip connected or disconnected (or failed to).

this small fix fixes that message and prevents it from happening.

it will only filter the message:
x.x.x.x has connected
x.x.x.x has disconnected

its free to use!
