I don’t know of an alternative. It’s a rather niche concept, so there might not be one, and the plugin author hasn’t been on SpigotMC in 3.6 months, so it probably won’t get an update. If you don’t find an alternative, you might want to commission somebody to update the plugin if it’s open source and has the right license or recreate it from scratch for 1.15.2. You can create a thread to hire a willing developer in the Hiring - Developers subforum or ask someone in Offering - Developers.
