Mob AI Plugin?

  1. Is there a plugin to disable AI for mobs for 1.7? I would absolutely love this!
     
  2. 1.9.4 just came out and this kid is still at 1.7
     
  3. I'm on 1.7 (can also join in 1.8) for factions, the TNT mechanics are way better. Most factions servers are still on 1.7 for this reason.
     
  4. People are still on 1.7 for various excuses, most of them being the fact they cant upgrade all their old code.

    There should be a config setting to disable spawner mob AI, making a plugin for natural mobs would be easy.

  5. lol call it whatever you want, but the players on faction servers prefer 1.7 because of the tnt and sand stacking mechanics that were changed in 1.8.

  7. In 1.10, it's extremely easy to disable AI for all mobs by doing this: (this is a whole plugin)
    Code (Java):
    public class Main extends JavaPlugin implements Listener {
        @Override
        public void onEnable() {
            this.getServer().getPluginManager().registerEvents(this, this);
        }
        @EventHandler
        public void onMobSpawn(CreatureSpawnEvent evt) {
            LivingEntity entity = evt.getEntity();
            entity.setAI(false);
        }
    }
    Unfortunately for anything older than 1.9, I think you would need a plugin that replaces all mobs with custom versions of them, so they don't have an AI. Which I don't think exists for 1.7 or 1.8.
